    International Executive Coach

Claire Pedrick is a Master Certified Coach with 11,000 hours and over 30 years of coaching experience.  An author of Simplifying Coaching which is coming out in December 2020.

She is a systemic executive coach, mentor coach, coaching supervisor and a trainer.  Her style is very simple and she is in demand in organisations to develop simplicity in their internal coaches.

As a coach, Claire takes you to the heart of issues enabling you to achieve transformational change in the context of your organisation. She is supportive and challenging, using simple questions that respect your world without allowing you to avoid difficult topics or insights.  The feedback she receives confirms that she is able to provide more help in 10 minutes than many have received through months or years of other interventions.

Claire has developed the coaching container and STOKeRS metamodel as a way of simplifying 3D’s offering and making it more relevant for people at work who will never be coaches and will adopt a coaching style in much, but not all, of their leadership and management.

Claire established 3D Coaching in the late 1990s and is now the Managing Partner. She developed our coaching skills development programme (Coaching for Excellence/Transforming Conversations) in 2003.  In her earlier career as a Vocational Guidance Consultant, she regularly worked across different organisational and international cultures and was established as an inspirational public speaker. She started her career as a teacher in Kenya.

She has written extensively about Simplifying Coaching, 3D Coaching Principles, 3D Coaching Philosophy, How to Make Great Appointments in The Church: Calling, Competence and Chemistry, and is a contributing author for Ministry 3.0.

In today’s world, we all need Coaching, more than ever before.

Coaching Matters touches the various facets of Coaching and how it connects with our personal day- to-day life. Coaching helps people tap into their potential, unlocking sources of creativity and productivity.

The purpose of coaching conversations is to stimulate thinking, growth, and change that lead to action. Put simply, a coaching conversation is developing the ‘ask, not tell’ habit which encourages people to work things out for themselves and take more responsibility for their actions.

Coaching is a life-changing experience that dramatically improves your outlook on work and life while improving leadership skills.
