Creating a coaching culture in an organization promotes teamwork and fosters learning, innovation, and performance.

On 16th June 2023, a prestigious event to celebrate coaching was held at Pride Plaza, Aerocity, Delhi. This event, hosted by NHRD Delhi/NCR chapter in collaboration with xMonks, brought together CEOs, CHROs, and esteemed professionals from diverse industries to explore the power of coaching in driving organizational success and personal growth.

The event’s highlight was the keynote address delivered by  Arun Maira, a renowned author & thought leader, who shed light on the profound importance of active listening in today’s fast-paced business landscape. Maira’s thought-provoking talk resonated with the audience, emphasizing the critical role of effective communication and attentive listening in fostering collaboration and innovation.

A captivating panel discussion was also held, featuring esteemed panelists Ira Gupta-CHRO, Microsoft India, and Pavitra Singh-CHRO, PepsiCo India, and moderated by Gaurav Arora-MCC (ICF) & Founder, xMonks. The panel delved into the topic of coaching as a catalyst for personal and professional growth, exploring its impact on leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational transformation. The panelists shared their valuable insights, practical experiences, and success stories, providing the audience with actionable strategies and inspiration.

“It is our endeavor at NHRD-Delhi/NCR chapter which is a 3500+ strong membership organization to foster a culture of care and coaching within our organizations,” said Yuvaraj Srivastava, Group CHRO, Make My Trip & President, NHRD Delhi/NCR chapter. He added, “Our intent behind organizing events like this is to underscore and celebrate the role coaching has been playing in driving personal transformation and business growth across industries.”

The event concluded with the launch of a program, “Coaching Certification for HR Professionals” which is an experiential and interactive program to develop coaching skills and enhance the impact of an HR leader. The program will be jointly conducted by NHRD Delhi/NCR chapter and xMonks.
